Barre Bodies
A complete full body workout designed to strengthen and tighten while having fun utilizing the ballet barre, weights, balls and mats.
Tone and stretch arms, legs, abs and glutes for a leaner look and feel. All adult fitness levels welcome.

Ballet Stretch and strengthen your body with Beginning Ballet. Class includes barre and center work. This one hour class is taught by Roxanne. Feel free to drop in! All levels are welcome.
