Strength & Conditioning for Dancers

 

Learn injury prevention techniques and cross train to become a better, stronger dancer.  Improve posture and core strength and reduce muscle imbalances that can occur when training for a specific sport.  Gain knowledge in how to perform a unique style of exercise called "Body Rolling"  to lengthen tight muscles and improve your flexibility.

Dancers should wear athletic sneakers and yoga style attire.
